We're looking for a Founding Product Designer who can define our visual identity and craft world-class user experiences—someone who's naturally curious, obsesses over details, and operates autonomously while collaborating closely with engineering and product.
The fastest growing companies in the world are pump.fun, axiom, and hyperliquid [all of these were faster to 100M ARR than Lovable, Cursor, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.]. We believe this stresses a megatrend that the world is becoming more tokenized, more liquid, and that anything will become tradable [equities, trends, prediction markets, and more].
We're building a platform that enables the lowest latency gamified trading experience using crypto rails. We've raised a pre‑seed from top VCs and angels in crypto. The team is small and we intend to keep it that way. You'll be our first design hire, owning the entire design function—from brand identity and design systems to interaction design and prototyping. You'll shape how users experience trading as a competitive, social activity.
What you'll do
- Anything and everything required to make the product beautiful and intuitive
- Define and evolve our brand identity, design system, and visual language
- Design end-to-end user flows for trading, social features, and gamification
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and work closely with engineers to ship polished experiences
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
We're looking for
- Natural curiosity: You dig into how things work and care deeply about craft and user experience
- Strong portfolio: Demonstrated ability to ship beautiful, functional products across web and mobile
- Systems thinking: Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Speed and autonomy: Comfortable moving fast in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
- Crypto-native (ideal): Experience with cryptocurrency trading and familiarity with trading interfaces
