We're hiring a Head of Growth to own how Legend finds, activates, and retains traders.
The fastest growing companies in the world are pump.fun, Axiom, and Hyperliquid. We believe this reflects a broader shift toward a world that is more tokenized and liquid, where equities, trends, prediction markets, and more become tradable.
We're building a social trading platform using crypto rails. We've raised a pre-seed from leading crypto investors and operators. The team is small and we intend to keep it that way. You'll own acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, creator partnerships, community, and growth around live events.
What you'll do
- Own the work required to grow Legend
- Build and scale acquisition, activation, retention, and referral loops
- Run growth experiments from idea through launch, measurement, and iteration
- Work directly with product and engineering on product-led growth
- Build programs for traders, creators, clans, and live competitions
- Own partnerships, content, community, and event growth
We're looking for
- Hands-on experience: You have personally found and scaled growth channels
- Strong judgment: You can read a funnel, find the constraint, and decide what to test next
- Product sense: You know how onboarding, social features, and incentives affect growth
- Speed and autonomy: You're comfortable setting direction and shipping quickly in an early-stage environment
- Crypto-native: You understand traders, online communities, and onchain markets
- Track record: You've driven measurable growth for a consumer, fintech, gaming, or social product
