How to get help from the Legend team.

  • Web: select your avatar at the top right, then select Report bug under Support.
  • iOS: open your Profile, select the settings icon, select Help & support, then select Report an issue or Email Support.
  • Email: support@legend.trade

Help us solve it fast

Tell us:

  • What you tried to do, and what happened
  • The device and app (web, iOS, or Android)
  • For deposits and withdrawals: the transaction hash, the network, the token, and the amount
  • Your Legend wallet address

Never send your private key or login codes. Legend support will never ask for them.
