Get a deposit address from your exchange, then use that address in the Legend withdrawal. The token and the network must be the same on both sides.

Steps

On your exchange, open Deposit and select USDC (or the token that you want to receive).
Select a network that Legend also supports, for example Base, Arbitrum, Solana, or Ethereum.
Copy the deposit address. If the exchange shows a memo or tag, that network is not a good choice. Choose a different network.
In Legend, select Withdraw. Select the same token and the same network.
Paste the address, enter the amount, then review and confirm.

Important

Some exchanges do not support every network for every token. Make sure that the exchange accepts the token on the network that you chose.
Some exchanges have a minimum deposit. A withdrawal below that minimum may not be credited by the exchange.
Ethereum network fees are usually higher. Base, Arbitrum, and Solana are usually less expensive.
