My withdrawal is stuck

What to check when a withdrawal does not arrive.

Do these checks in this sequence.

  1. Look at Transfers. Open your Profile, then open Transfers. Make sure that the withdrawal is there.
  2. Look at the receiving address on a block explorer. Search for the address on the explorer for the network that you selected (for example basescan.org for Base or solscan.io for Solana).
  3. Look at the exchange. If you withdrew to an exchange, the exchange can hold a deposit for review. Look at the exchange's deposit history or contact the exchange.
  4. Make sure that the token is visible. In a personal wallet, you can need to add the network or the token before the balance appears.

Still missing after 30 minutes?

Contact support and give us:

  • Your Legend wallet address
  • The receiving address, the network, and the token
  • The amount and the time of the withdrawal
