The network that you send on must be the same as the network that you selected on the Legend deposit screen. If they are different, the deposit is not credited automatically.

What to do

Do not send more funds to the same address.
Find the transaction hash in your wallet or exchange history.
Contact support with the transaction hash, the network, the token, and the amount.

We will look at the transaction. Some deposits on the wrong network can be recovered, but we cannot guarantee recovery. Transfers onchain cannot be reversed.

Funds sent to your Legend wallet address on another network

Your Legend wallet address works on every EVM network. If you sent tokens to that address on an EVM network that Legend does not use, the funds are still under your control. You can export your private key, import it into a wallet such as MetaMask or Rabby, and move the funds from there.

How to prevent this

On an exchange, choose the same network name that you selected on Legend.
Send a small test amount first (at least $20) when you use a new network.
